    Default Z zero touchoff

I have been zeroing my Z manually and would like to use the Z zero plate touchoff feature. I have looked in my manual. It looks like they are using the inputs 1 & 2 for this. Does this mean that it connects the circuit between input 1 & 2 with the Z zero plate when the tool comes down to touchoff? Also I upgraded to the 4G circuit board and it has 8 inputs instead of 4. I am assuming that the 1 & 2 inputs are in the same location in the newer board.

Are you looking to make your owe fixed z-zero? If you are, I have a file that does a z-zero to a fixed position off the bed. Just do your bit change then hit the FZZR button and it will automatically zero your bit. It gets zeroed to the top of the spoil board. With this set-up you have the option to use the aluminum plate or the Fixed Zero. If anyone is interested, I can post it.
