Default SolidWorks 3D files into VCarve engraving files or 3D roughing and finishing files

I have a SolidWorks CAD file with surfaces that are not flat that I would like to carve on my PRS Alpha using either VCarve engraving or the 3D roughing and finishing files. I don't know how to go about getting the SW surfaces into a file format that can be used to cut those surfaces in VCarve and the subsequent SBT cutting files. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your best bet would be to export from Solidworks as an STL and bring it into Aspire if you have access to it. I believe you can do a single STL in VCarve if that's all you need.
