A variation on the game Where's Waldo!

So at our train park we wanted the kids to get involved while on a train ride in the woods. If you have been following the news lately Southern Oregon is having some issues with wildfires! We try and promote good forestry practices and to that end we invited Smokey to be one of our Grand Marshalls for our International Event. During the week we played a game called "Where's Smokey?". I carved a Smokey and we set it out each morning and the kids had to find out where he was and then report back to the main office. With 37 miles of track we had lot's of places to hide. He was scaled down a little to match our trains. The kids loved the game and the Forestry Service provided Smokey and lots of trinkets for the kids. Lot's of fun for me too!
