Default Bargain on 4" flex tube for Dust Collection

Just a simple heads up. Very good price, and quality appears to equal the one I replaced, which was in service for over 6 years connected to the shopbot.

Hopefully stands the test of time, but hard to beat quality, price, and
    are you sitting down....

    Made in America!!!!

    Wow.

That's the same stuff I bought. Haven't used it much but it seems to be pretty tough. Liked it so much I bought a second roll for the CNC

Looks to be roughly the same price per ft.

It is good stuff, but one of the reasons for the good price is that you are only getting ten feet of hose, while the other Amazon site shown is for twenty feet of the same hose.

I have that same tube. On my old dust collector it was great. I now have an Oneida 5hp collector and that pipe gets crushed under all of the suction. It's more the dust collectors fault than the pipe, but I have to replace a bunch of my piping with hard pipe.

Its best to run hard line as much as possible anyway, lots of friction loss in flex, proper sizing and reduction is important if you have a relatively long run.

I've got a pretty short run (the dust collector is right next to the machine) it's just amazing how powerful this new system is... The flex line offers WAY more suction than I need, my only issue as I said is that the line crushes under all of the suction!
