2001 60x120 PRT Standard

She's been a great Bot for us that has been used daily and also loved and well cared for but it's time to get something bigger and faster.

2001 PRT Standard 60 x 120 4G with new (last month) Porter Cable 7519 motor with a MuscleChuck Quick Change Collet. Over the years we've added e-chain to both X and Y Axes, regularly changed pinions, installed new X axis racks last year. The Vac table is bit of an odd 5 zone affair but works great with sheet goods. We have moved this Bot twice and have installed trailer jack wheels on all four corners that really make it simple. You can load the entire table on a roll back wrecker truck without disassembling it.

The Bot is currently in daily use if you want to see it in action. It has occasionally cut wood but mostly soft plastics. We will be moving in the new Bot in Mid-November at which time this one will get disconnected. It is located just outside Raleigh, NC in Apex, NC.
