Default Need someone to carve a sign

I'm having trouble with my machine and I won't be able to complete a sign. If someone is interested in caring a 3D sign in HDU. This is a 2 sided sign approximately 20" x 36". The background of the sign needs to be textured with a wood grain.
    I am in western Massachusetts.

    Phil,

Nice looking sign. Wish we were closer to assist.
I do have one suggestion, and that is, we would not use HDU. Our favorite is PVC because it's easy to finish and excellent for exterior signs.
You could machine both sides in about six and a half hours.
Let me know if I can help.

    Jerry,

1" PVC is $125 a sheet. It's twice the density of 18lb. HDU. We seldom use HDU. No more grit.
