    Default Flat spots on Curves

Help!! We're getting some wonky cut paths, notably flat spots on curves. It doesnt seem to matter if they are arcs or bezier in VCarve Pro 9.5. We tried both shopbot TC and Shopbot inch arc (w Speed Control) post processors. What gives?? I don't know what else to try, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd go past software and post processors.
Looks mechanical, as in loose spindle mount, Z car wheels.
When was last time pinions were replaced and drive motors snugged up?

Exactly Jeff. Problem solved. One of my guys said the Y carriage seemed loose a few days ago so he snugged up the lower VRollers....like REALLY snugged them. So much so that when we removed the Y motor the carriage couldn't be pushed by hand. WTF??
Anyhooo, problem solved, she's running smoothly again and we were able to salvage this piece so no real harm other than a couple hours of detective work.
