    Default ***hit limit switch***

I get this message every time while pocketing or texturing or even cutting 1/2 mdo panels. It stops AFTER A MINUTE OR 2 "hit limit switch" and I have to resume.
Now sometimes it just stops in the middle of a cut and freezes the whole computer.

Any help would really be appreciated. thanks John

Page 10 of the manual shows where the proximity switch wires are connected. Sound to me that you might have a loose connection. Russ

    John…

I had a similar problem a number of years ago… turned out to be a broken prox wire from all the flexing.
Don’t fix it like I did! It turned out my soldering gun tip wasn’t isolated, and I put 110VAC straight to the mother board!

Can't I just turn it off somewhere? Just to skip it.

Yes you can. Turn off limits via the VN command. C3 will still work but it will not trigger when running a file.

Had to go with what the experts from ShopBot said...….reload Windows 10 and software. The folks at Shopbot are best support I have ever encountered with even after 15 years of purchasing this machine used!

Shopbot are the best support I don't think you'll get an argument from any of the regulars on this board! 11 years and still counting! Russ
