    Default Church sanctuary chairs

I designed this style chair for a church about ten years ago it has been popular this is the 4th church I have made this style for. Made them a little wider to accommodate a large clergy member.

Wood is red oak with golden oak stain to mach their existing woodwork.

    Looking good Brian!!
    Are they fully doweled?
Was this one of the churches where the wood came from the property?
They came out great for that use

Scott, They are countersunk for screws to go in the tenons.

This Chapel is in a Catholic School in Brooklyn I had to provide the oak for this job.

    Thanks Brian,
I didn't see the dowel holes in the tenons, but knowing your work, wouldn't have been surprised to see you drawboring a dowel hole
I Liked the ones you dried the wood from the site...it felt like a very nice touch!
