Forgetting Tool in Spindle
Hello,
My shop bot started forgetting it has a tool in the spindle outta the blue. For example: after I run a part file I cannot simply hit replay or it will try and pick up the same tool already in the spindle. The same goes for multi tool part files. If I have say tool #1 set to cut the first tool path then tool #2 set to cut the next - it will forget it has tool #1 in the spindle and try to pick up tool #2.
My first instinct is that it is in the programming but also wondering if it is somewhere along the line of hardware because I haven’t touched any of the programming. I’m not well versed in either so any and all help would be much appreciated.
