Default Change in speed value (VS) need defaults back

While in move/jog mode a pop up window appeared stating something had changed. I kind of ignored it since I didn't change anything. Then as I went to move in XY I appeared to not want to move although the coordinates were changing slightly. After cutting power to the control box and rebooting, same problem. I started over trying to move the gantry in move mode, still nothing. After closer inspection the gantry was moving, just very slowly. Z always moved correctly. After trying to remember what the pop up window said, I went into the values and see what I could find. I found the XY move speed is 0.05. This does not seem correct. Does anyone or have values that I can change these back to, or a default setting. Attached is a screen shot of the current values.

Probably higher for your machine, but here are the Desktop's Default VS settings.
You should probably just do a UR and reset to your machine's defaults, or your custom setting if you have one saved.

I've had something like that happen twice(changing settings) and read somewhere to shut down SB3 first, then computer, then machine.
Been following that routine 5 yrs now and hasn't happened once since I started doing it in that order.
    Maybe happened to you?
Sudden power outages I've heard can do it too.
    Glad it helped!
