PRT Proximity Switch wiring

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the PRT v4G proximity switches? Chasing a problem here and found the wires disconnected inside the control box and I sure can't find that wiring info!

Here is a doc from shopbot for my 4G board

The 2 brown wires go to 24 volt+ the 2 blue wires go to Ground and the X black wire goes to input 2 and the Y black wire goes to input 3

My proximity switches have red/black/green wires. That picture was a bit different than my control box but enough info that I was able to get wiring fixed and the proximity switches are working again. Thanks! Rick
