Is it possible? Yes, but only if the file has the needed command to do it. If it's something you want to have a file do, I would suggest that you have the file read the current values first and then restore them at the end of the file (or restore defaults). If your values are changing without issuing the VR command, you are doing something that is corrupting SB3's settings, such as improper shutdown of the machine (SB3 first, then control box). There could be other USB/SB3 issues as well that could cause it.
