Default How do I move exactly from zero

I forgot how to move the zero exactly 1"Y and 1"X. I use this to set a hole incase the machine loses the zero point. I can set the bit in the hole....zero.....then XY move -1"x-1"..... then rezero to start over...if needed.....thanks to everyone in advance.

First: be sure your bit is high enough to move over any obstruction. Then: Type "J2" (NO QUOTATION MARKS!) This tells the machine you want to Jog 2 axes. Then SB3 will move your cursor to the next box where you will type "1.0,1.0" (again! No quotation marks!) Hit enter. Machine will move in x and y.

I suspect you actually want to drill a shallow hole at 1,1. You will need to go into aspire or vcarve to set up a cut file to do that...

    Default desired x y locations

Not quite sure what you are trying to do ... but maybe set the bit over the location you want and then type VA

You can assign the desired x y locations there.
The decimal point seems to be the most important on the z axis... x & y not so much....
