I was flattening a glued up coffee table tonight and was moving a little too aggressively, the router was sounding strained on one pass but being almost to the end I foolishly planned to just finish that row and take a lesser bite from there. The router stalled, which caused the y carriage to jump off the rails. After getting things reset it doesn't move smoothly when jogging, kind of jerky as if there's some bind. I've made sure all of the roller bearings are back on the rails properly and powered down several times including at the breaker. The scary part is that it's doing that in both x and y axis just trying to jog manually, z seems smooth although I had the z jog speed really low so that may have affected it. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dan
