WTB: Buddy 48 or PRS 48x48

As the title says, looking for a Shopbot Buddy 48” or a PRS 48x48. Prefer a newer model as well as spindle. Power stick with the buddy is a huge plus. Located in the Philadelphia area but certainly open to shipping

Edit: Also good with a PRS 4x8 as well, standard or alpha would be fine. Huge plus for vac holdown system that will work with single phase 240V power.

I have a 4x8 PRS Standard, 2007 3Hp spindle.
Planned to use the 4x8 in retirement and sell a 5x12, but the 5x12 is the production and I need the room so the 4x8 has to go.
I am 30 minutes west of Cincinnati. 4x8 can be moved out of the shop I one piece. 4 zone table with a Fein Vacuum 120v.
