I'm looking to do some 4 axis milling of small (max 30mm size in any dimension) aluminum prototype parts, and was thinking of adding the 3" rotary indexer to my ShopBot Desktop Max. Would be using Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM.

Has anyone tried cutting aluminum with the rotary indexer on the Desktop Max machine? How did it go? What kinds of tolerances are reasonable to expect? Thanks.
