I'm making a prototype of a future product and one of the things I needed was a right angle pipe with a certain dimension. The part is going under the hood of a car, so has to be rugged. The pipe ends, a magnificent display of engineering cajones, will be filled in with metal and the unit powder coated black.

Here's the center connector being machined with the indexer. I'm using a 1/4" 2 flute upcut running at 8k taking tiny bites as the pipe has some deflection.
