    Default Outer Profile

    Looking for a solution
    I use Aspire V10.5 and a Desktop machine. The problem I'm having is when I cut out an item the finished cut doesn't match with what I drew. An example is a rectangle 11 inch width x 4 inch height. I save the file then begin the process of cutting the material, when completed the final measurement is 11.25 inches width and 4.25 inches in height. Any suggestions?

    Check your chosen tool dimensions in Aspire's tool database. Your part size is off by 0.25" each way. Bit diameter off by 0.125"? Or check the toolpath itself, do you have an offset applied?
