    I'm afraid you cannot sell, transfer or give away your Aspire license. It's against their terms and conditions:

    4.3) The rights to the Software cannot be transferred, assigned, lent, loaned or licensed to a third party in any case, regardless of whether this Agreement has been terminated or cancelled.

    If both the selling party and the buying party get in touch with Vectric they will transfer a license typically for a $50 fee.
