We are selling two 38" x 96" ShopBot PRS Alpha Shopbots used for holster manufacturing since 2019 and early 2020, which we bought new from Shopbot. You can see us assembling these machines in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tqub5Li6Eo8, and it also shows some of the machines working.
The machines have been used to cut thin plastic for holster manufacture in a clean shop, so they are in great shape. Our process involves medium cutting speeds, slow ramps, large chips, and essentially no dust.
Each has the 2.2HP HSD Spindle, V1000 VFD with spindle control board, the 24v Relay Board (worth $160) that adds 5 more control outputs, and four custom retractable caster wheels.
All our custom fixtures have been removed, but the 3/4" birch table top can be included, even though it has some holes in it. Manuals and the original vCarve installation discs will be included, and we might even be able to find the original (never used) dust feet.
Machines are currently fully assembled, and functionality can be tested. We can probably throw in a couple of holsters as well. Local pickup only; we are an hour west of Nashville and have loading docks and forklifts.
