For some reason this file stops prior to any movement and displays that message before automatically jumping back to the main screen. nothing special about this file so what is the difference? Why am I getting this error?

It refer to the X offset of a drill head which ID is #1.

    Do you have drill head(s)?

There shouldn't be (from the default) drill ID #1. Default configuration use ID #2 & #3 for drill head(s). Last time I saw that was from a cutting toolpath generate from a drilling post processor... make sure you're using the right post processor to generate your toolpath. If you do run drill head(s), then make sure you have it (them) correctly set in your CAM package's (Part Wizard, V carve PRO or else) tool database.

    Does that help?

Sir, you are correct. Don't know how the heck I missed that one. I swear it the easiest solutions have the biggest problems. No I don't have a drill head. Just a router for now.

Yea, I know this thread is 10 years old. However, I have a Buddy with a 8' table stick. Had done a light cut on thrifty board and secured them with plastic nails and was resetting the profile cut for full depth and received this message. Never saw it and had no Frigging Clue!
Searched and found that I had inadvertently selected a Post processor that was air drill. All on me. However, went back and changed the Post Processor and everything is Awesome. Thanks for the forum.
