    Default Driver Fault

I installed an energy chain today.
    I re-wired from scratch.
    The X, Y, Z all run properly.
When I do a C3 it started like always except the x hits at the end of table as usual but I get "driver/fault." message.
I lose input #4 but it resets ok. I tried from a few locations on the table and tried shutting down and restarting the program.
    No luck.
I cannot do a C3 but my wires are nice and neat.
    Thank you for any suggestions.
    I have prs alpha

    David...
First check the prox lights on the console... inputs 2 & 3 should have the yellow center with red ring. Then check wiring. Blue is neg 24v(ground) Brown is pos 24v and the blacks go to inputs 2 & 3 on the board.

If the console lights are good, then stick a wrench or some other iron object by the prox to see if it triggers. Another place to check is the VN menu to see that the switches are set to normally closed on inputs 2 & 3

Gary, black wires on proxy switch were crossed.
Also, I replaced a faulty proximity switch on the x. I didn't have the switch close enough to the contact on the bot.
So when I did C3 it went to the mechanical stop.
All is good now. Thank you for your help.
