What are the recommended system requirements for the ShopBot Control Software Version 3.4.27PRT?

The reason I ask is because our wood shop has one that was bought between 1999 and 2000 and we are currently using version 2.3a or somewhere in there. The computer we are currently running the software on is Windows 98. And I was wanting to know what it would take to upgrade to the latest version.

Any help is appreciated.

I copied this from the information page on PRT CNC's on Shopbot's website
Computer Requirements -- You need a PC with an available USB port that is running Windows98/ME/2000/XPpro. At minimum: Pentium 800 MHz, 256M RAM, Graphics display 1024x768 for shop, 1400 x 1500 for design. If your shop computer will not be networked, an additional USB port for transferring files using USB memory stick is very useful.
