    Default Problem Losing Position

Hello, I was cutting out a 3D model today and everything was going great until I hit the final cutout stage and than the Bot made a rapid tranverse to the end of the piece to start the cut and suddenly jerked at lost position. This isn't the first time that this has happend, but it does it infrequently enough that I am not really sure what is going on. I almost acts like the jog speed from one position to another is set too fast, but I'm not sure what the recommended setting would be for this. I currently show my move speed at 10 and my jog speed at 12. Is this too much, or do I need to check something else? Thanks.

Your move speeds sound way too high. Without knowing the size of the part you are cutting, what model machine you are running, what your VR settings are etc...that's about all I can say.

Try pulling your speeds down to 2,1 or 3,2 or 5,3 and give that a try.

Thanks, the model I'm using is a PRT 96 Standard. I'm cutting a 3D model of an Enfield rifle that is about 3' long and 4.5" wide out of Red Alder. I'll try changing the speeds tomorrow when I try again. Thanks.
