Z Zero Error with V3.6.1

On my PRT Alpha I upgraded to V3.6.1 and now my Z axis Zero routine (C2) is not working properly.

Envoking C2 brings the bit down to the zero plate as is normal and then Z rises to 2" (instead of 1" as it should before it drops back to the Zero plate for the second time)- the Z then moves down to 1" and stops - and I get a "Zeroing failed" error message.

My Z unit values is: 1273.2395 (unsure if that has any bearing of the issue.

Any ideas pls?

Disregard - I rebooted everything and it seems to be OK now
