Default Creating a pocket using the clearance tool.

I was trying to creat a pocket for my logo in some seaboard (HDPE) I chose a .250 end mill and a .500 end mill. The tool paths that it generated both cut the perimeter then I tried it again and the tool paths both generated the clearance path. What am I doing wrong?

Yes Partworks. Not that I know of I tried it about 5 times and could not get it to work. I have the link to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5 so I amy try it again after the upgrade.
