    Default USB drive Save

My problem is with Insignia, but I'll put it here, since PW is much the same animal, and may have the same problem/solution.

I often design in the house where it's a bit warmer this time of year, and then carry the files into the shop on a USB drive. This has always worked fine. Now when I try to save X.ART from Insignia to a USB on the in house computer, I get a message something like "Unable to save, check for permissions and make sure the drive has enough space." If the USB drive had an old file with the same name it gets deleted. The USB drive has lots of room. I can save from Insignia to my hard drive, and then save from there to the USB Drive, I just can no longer save to USB directly from Insignia.

    Suggestions?

    Jim,
I recall running into this problem a while back with Insignia 2.5, and got a similar message. Delcam told me to reinstall Insignia & after doing so, the problem went away. It might be worth a try.
