    Default Parts cutting different sizes

I have drawn two identical cabinet parts in Vector 9.0 and cut them out of a piece of 3/4" oak plywood. Sometimes the pieces are exactly the right size but most are 1/16" to 1/8" too wide. The plywood is held down with screws. It's not moving.
Bit used is 1/4" upcut spiral.
I've tried speeds of 1.75 up to 2.25ips.
Shopbot comes back to 0,0 every time just fine.
The cabinet parts include 3/4" dado in three different locations, 1/4" shelf holes, and the last step is to cut the part through and through.
The dados and shelf holes are exactly where they need to be and the right size. The only problem is cutting the part out.
The part is cut in one pass and the bit goes in same direction for each piece.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Dave

I'm going to guess it is something mechanical, Loose bearing, loose motor, loose gear???? Have you tried cutting the last part of the file in two passes where the bit load will stay the same on the dados and the cut-off.

As I was writing this post yesterday, that thought entered my mind. I had not thought of it before because I was going for speed. I did try last night and had some luck but will not have a chance until tommorrow to see how cutting several from a sheet will work. All parts appear to be tight. Thanks Ron
