    Default Working with various metals

A friend of mine has recently stopped over to inspect my NEW PRT96. As he is a knife maker hobbyist (see where this is going?) he asked me if I could cut out his knife profiles in stainless steel. I told him that I couldn't see why this wasn't possible. My question is: Does anyone have any experience cutting stainless with their machine. What kind of tooling, feedrates and special considerations do I need to be mindful of?
    Thanks friends

Stainless is very hard. A router is not the tool, you will need a plasma cutter.
You can do aluminum or brass with a router, but very slowly.
