    Default Cutting Coroplast (corrugated plastic)?

I know this has been discussed before, with no good solution, but I thought maybe someone by now may have found a solution.

You are not giving us much to go on. What is it exactly that you want to know?

    A scissor works fine.

    Hi Tim!

I have had some acceptable results with an O-flute going about 1.7"/sec. at about 13 000 RPM... conventional cut.

...and cut it in a SINGLE PASS please!

Thanks, Paco. I'll give that a try. I'm guessing a 1/4" O-flute will work fine?

    Hey Tim!

It sure won't break because of the material strenght!... I've used a 1/8" CED.

The "trick" is to go slow enought to cut/remove thoses "verticals"...

...sorry for this words/name; it's late... and I'm mainly french... not that this is a bad thing!!

Using the search feature of this board, you will find this thread and this one too.

The snag is that this Forum is continuously recycling the same questions, and that many people with experience and answers are no longer answering the questions or drifting away. "Newbies" who start a thread may get the impression that they are being snubbed, but if they show that they have done a little search homework then they generally get a better response. Continuing an old thread is always better than starting a new one. (This paragraph is being stated in general - not to Tim in particular)
