    Default Cutting 1/2 inch plexi

I need to cut 2 inch letters in 1/2 inch thick plexiglass and the inside corners need to be sharp. What type bit and speed would I use for this?

A laser, because you will always have radiused inside corners with a router bit (beveled corners and a V-carving bit excepted).

    Jerry,

I use an Onsrud single flute spiral 3mm (1/8") diameter it has a 13 mm (9/16") Cutter edge length and if you use a climb cut it will gives a good cut quality. from memory it is either 56-012 or 62-012, could be wrong on the number. If you need I will be back at work after the 5/1/2009 so I can let you know then.

    The radius is almost negligible.

    David.
