Default P-C 75182, How do I change bottom bearing?

On my P-C router body----I see that the collet unscrews from motor shaft. Any suggestions for holding the dang armature/shaft?

    Thanks in advance!!

Dan, Impact it off. There is no good way to hold an armature. When you put it back on as long as it is snug it will tighten itself. Like a tablesaw blade.
