Default Air Drill Doesn't account for zero plate

My air Drill doesn't want to take in to account the thickness of my z-zero plate and for the life of me I can't seem to find were to set it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ron

    Ron...
Are you trying to simply zero the drill with it plunged, or are you using the supplied "drill offset" file?

What version of the software are you using? There was one a while back that had a small math error in the drill offset file.

To check the system variable, you can type "UL" at the console and it will list all the system variables. See what the value of "&my_ZzeroThickness" is. You can run the SB setup or manually enter an accurate value into the proper line in the C:\SbParts\Custom\My Variables file

    Gary,
I have been using the "drill offset" file. I will take a look at the variables and see what I can find in the file.

    Thanks!!
