Converting bitmap to vectors in Partworks

I've been converting scanned buisness cards in partworks to make signs to give to clients.Most work out fine.Occasionally some vectors are coming out a bit jagged.What would be the best(easiest) way to clean them up.

get a larger example of the logos and such to scan. I have had the same problem and you will spend more time editing vectors till the job just isn't worth the time it takes to clean it up.
Ask for letterheads or some other type of examples that are larger. Take a picture of their sign?

Try www.vectormagic.com. Someone else mentioned this a couple weeks ago.

I had a tiny picture of fret work That I spent hours trying to make workable.
In the end I sent it to fixbadart.com and they did it for twelve dollars...should have done that the first day.
