Look for Sintra, Signfoam, Komatex, Ultraboard, Gatorfoam and DiBond (google). Almost every town has a sign supply company. There is an endless supply of other materials....but these will probably cover 80% of your needs....D

Ray - You may want to look into a product "polycarve". It is sheets of plastics -
sandwiched togeather - sort of heated to weld them togeather. Colors on the inside(middle layer) sheet differ from skin color.

Another brand is King Colorcore and I would try a Plastic Dist. first.

There are 2 other sources of sandwich type material: Poly Hi Solidur and Densetec. Poly Hi has their own website. Densetec is made by Polymer Industries www.polymerindustries.com

Laird Plastics, Tubelite, N.Glantz, E&T Plastics, Pioneer Supply, Total Plastics Inc. all have large selections of various substate. Look under sign materials and supplies and plastics in your phone book if you want local. You may have to check a regional directory if you live out in the sticks likes I does.

Recycled milk jugs are used to make decking plank material. Does anyone know what the name of the material is? I want a bit to machine this stuff.
