Styrofoam good for more than cups
The lake cable sign is one we designed and installed. After we delt with zoning permit issues/ design issues we had it priced out using styrofoam cut on a hot wire by wholesale companies like Peachtree Foamcraft. the letters we routed from HDU and applied with adhesive. The stone pillars match the building. The stone pillars are also hot wire cut styrofoam sprayed with two component polyurethane spray similar to spray on bed liner material used in pick up truck beds. They then apply a stucco and we paint it with acrylic latex that has a mildewcide and fungicide to help with mildew. The sign is about 5 years old now and looks like new. The panels are alumium with vinyl letters. These monument signs are popular around here and we have done quite a few. some using hdu signs attached.}
the scenic ridge is also all styrofoam like lake cable sign. the scenic ridge sign attachment is made from hdu and mounted to the monument sign.
