Default Cost of a 4x8 sheet of SignFoam????

I didn't get my shopbot for signs. It'll be busy during the day. But at night...

...I'm drooling over the thought of making a sign or two for friends, or maybe for tradeing. So, just curious, what does a 4x8 sheet of signfoam cost right now? I know it comes in different thicknesses. I just need a good idea of cost. Thanks!

OK, I probably answered my own question. Here's a price list for a distributor in St. Paul, MN. Please chime in if you think the prices should be better.

Those prices seem to be in line with what I am paying from my distributor. Sometimes the price may be a little lower if you are willing to buy several sheets at once or if your supplier stocks a lot and gets a discount on his price.

Be aware that some lesser brands of HDU sell for less, but then you get less also. The SignFoam3 brand is one of the best on the marker, in my opinion.

Precision Board, by Coastal Enterprises, is also a top quality HDU, although it tends to create more dust than SignFoam when you are working with it. I also think that SignFoam3 has a smoother working surface. One advantage of Coastal Enterprises is that their personnel are top notch and very responsive to problems.

And SignFoam may be the same way...I just haven't had as many personal dealings with them.

Having said all that, my present personal choice is SignFoam3.

The "New Kid on the Block", Duna Board, is the least expensive and best for CNC routing.

I just sent an Inquiry but still, is this HDU?

Mark, you tried it and you liked it?!

James, do you happen to know a Canadian reseller (that's what I inquired about to US rep.)?

Paco, yes, it's HDU. I like it because it's less expensive and for me it just routs better. I can get finer detail without chip-out. It's the same density as I always use (15#), but seems to be a little tougher than the other brands.
