Spoil board distance to floor?

Holy cow!!!...now it's working!

Along yours and Brady's line of jacking up the saw seems to be the way to go. I had the mind set that the distance differ was a few inches. Now it seems it's much less (if any) and I won't have to hack my new machine! Scott's spoil board is lower than his saw and my saw sits higher than his saw so I should be good to go as is (even better).
