Thought I would share what I have been working on. Should install on the 4th of June. I will post more pics after it is in the ground.

Nice work! Ok, I'll be the first to ask, what material is that?
The signs are made of 1 1/2" Corafoam. Like precision board only does not produce as much grit when cutting.
Did you just pocket out the entire background with an end mill type cutter or did you profile cut the letters seperatey and then apply them to the background?
Signs were toolpathed in VCarve Pro. First was profile on all the text and around the border, then created texture for background and cut it with a 1/2" ball nose end mill. Next sign, or maybe when I get a little free time I am going to try running the entire background texture first then pocketing out for the lettere and applying them after they are painted.
Well with a little help standing it up it is finally in the ground. On to the next project, another sign job that came in today. Nothing like being busy.

Looks great, good job.
If it's not asking too much.. what did you get for it? It's a popular topic among my signmaking buddys... we are still too cheap, but it keeps us all in check.
