    Default Spindle Control

I have a Columbo Spindle with the VFD control. My display only reads in frequency. I know I can convert whatever it says to RPM by multiplying. But is there a way to get the display to actually read RPM?

You can also program it so it defaults to RPM

Here is a link to your manuel if you don't have one. From the best I can tell on page 15 it says the jog button will give you the speed. But it is not vry clear. I have a jog button also but when I press it it runs the spindle at 360 rpm while holding it.

Frank. I do have the printed manual. Didn't have the electronic version though. Thank You.

I can't make much of it either. I looked all through it and don't see where to change it to read RPM.

I figured out my normal speeds in Frequency and just wrote them on a cabinet beside the control on the wall. I'm good with that. (seems like most people would want an RPM readout though?).
