Drum Sander question

I need to swap out ( or have reconditioned ) the drive roller on this Seco(Kufo) wide sander, could anyone tell me how to remove the roller on the right of picture # 2

Seems that all of these are very close in design so maybe this will help a bit.

Take a look at this link-

On page 32 it shows how to remove the drum on the Grizzly Industrial version of this sander.
