Need 3D file from JPEG

Anyone out there create 3D files from JPEGS? I have done some simple ones but dont have time or patience to mess with this one at the moment. I would need a price quote relatively quickly but not a huge rush on the final project.

I actually got a quote from him this morning. Its a little more expensive than I thought it would be. I guess I dont have a good frame of referance.

Once you try to do one yourself I think you will get an appreciation for the work involved. Especially to end up with a quality product like James produces.
