Cheap end mills

I just found www.jtsmachine.com and found they have both USA and off-shore end mills for much less than others I have seen.

I did a search of their name on this site and nothing returned. Anybody ever bought from them? Is it good stuff? Junk? Good enought to represent a value? Any comparable sources you'd like to share?

I havn't used JTS, but do have a source for small Endmills & Balls. Usually about $20-$25 per 5. I found them looking for a 1/8" EM that had a CEL over 3/4" to do some letter cutouts in signfoam for a local sign company.
