    I didn't time it but it was less than 5 minutes. It was done with a plunge point roundover bit. 4 threads, i think 3/8th deep.

    nice work jack,could you post some larger pics of your indexer?id love to do some work like that what program do you need to run a indexer,thanks

    Well I developed a program where all you need to do is input certain parameters and go. This spiral and others i posted, none took over 5 minutes to make. I am working on making it work to do both right hand and left hand spirals. I might offer it for sale if there was enough interest.
