The stuff cuts great nice and clean and you can cut it pretty fast. But watch out when you remove the surface (this is on the 3 play stuff) it becomes unstable and warps just like mdf does.
This warped while the v bit was still cutting in less then 20 minutes and before the flat parts were cut. I did a demo piece where I remove a lot more surface and it warped but I did not expect it on this piece. It is about 84”x35” ¾” stock. I was disappointed in the seam lines too you can see a white line on the left well most of it had no filler and was just a gap there were a few chunks that just were gone or popped out. They don’t put a lot fo effort to make good butt joints on the inner layer it looks like
You can cut this fast though I cut it with a 90 v at 5ips and the same with the ¼ endmill. I am pretty sure I could have gone faster but I did not want to take a chance.
