I need to speed up production cutting some ornate acantha leaf trim molding. Currently, I'm using a preset speeds and feeds set up in Fusion 360. Running a 2.25" wide 8 ft length of this trim is taking 5 1/2 hours. Chip load looks okay, but wondering if I can ramp up s&f's to shorten the time to mill this stuff. I don't ever really work with architectural foam, so that's why I'm asking you guys.

Current set-up:
ShopBot PRS Alpha ATC w/ HSD spindle
Speeds: 15,000 rpm
Feeds: X & Y 1.75 in/s, Z .625 in/s
Bit: Freud 1/8"D ball end mill 2-flute
