    Default Z shift problem

Any idea what might cause a problem with Z shift cutting cabinet parts. I have been succesfully zeroing to the table for all my cutting- 5/8 and 3/4 sheet goods. Now when cutting a job the 5/8 material is going fine. I ran a sheet of 3/4 maple (thickness set to .735) and it seems like the software is offsetting only for 5/8. My dadoes are 1/2 deep rather than 3/8 and the tenons are 1/4". All the through cuts plowed through into my spoil board by it looks like 1/8 or so. I checked my Z zero height and it hasn't changed.

With that job still nested, do an export and email me the .CAB file. I will see if I can find it. (email in signature)
