Neat project.
I've always wanted to make a propeller. Looks like fun. I like the size of yours. Tell us more about your process.

Very nice, How did you create the cut file for the propeller ??
How long did it take to cut that portion of the project ??
The decimal point seems to be the most important on the z axis... x & y not so much....
ShopBot... Where even the scraps and things you mess up and throw away are cool....
THANK YOU FOR YOUR POSITIVE COMMENTS. THIS WAS A VERY EASY PROJECT. THE PROP IS A STOCK VENTRIC FILE. I INCREASED THE DEPTH TO REVEAL MORE PROP. THE OVERALL SIZE OF THE PROJECT WAS 11 x 34". I SURFACED IT FIRST WITH A 1.5" BIT 4MIN. ROUGHING THE PROP .25EM 7 MIN. FINISH PASS .125BN 14MIN.LETTERS .125EM 9 MIN. AVE SPEED 275 IPM. I MASKED TIGHLEY AROUND THE COPY AND SEALED THAT AREA ONLY WITH SPRAY SHELLAC TO PREVENT THE COLOR FROM GETTING IN THE GRAIN. THAN FINISHED COATED WITH KRYLON.
