Setup through posterous which is free, and is about as simple as it gets. I like it
better than most of the template sites I have looked at.

Kludged together in Weebly Pro which is decent, but you get what you
pay for. I am using it since I already paid for a year but I may switch
to something better later on. It is cheap though, at about 40 bucks a year.
